Processing time: Our coffee is roasted to order, so please allow a few business days for your order to be roasted and packed before it ships. Other goods ship within 1-2 business days of purchase unless the product page says otherwise.Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking.Lost or damaged packages: Pine Valley Goods isn't liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
